During these challenging economic times, more and more corporate candidates dreaming of soul-enriching second careers in the non profit sector are asking how to make their dreams a reality. For many, the appeal of shifting their career is strong yet they have no idea as to how to non-Prophets make it happen. This phenomenon was the impetus to organize the inaugural Non-Prophets Roundtable. During this breakfast event our four esteemed panelists, in discussion led by moderator Nicholas Offord, explored the emerging trend of elite business executives moving into leadership roles in the non-profit sector.
